SHOWCASE INFORMATION
The Waukee Aspiring Professional Experience (APEX) program cordially invites you to their bi-annual Showcase and Professional Learning Workshop.
Our next event will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Waukee Innovation and Learning Center. The Showcase is FREE and open to the public. The Showcase will feature interactive displays showcasing concepts and learning from this semester’s work-based learning projects. You will have the opportunity to interact with APEX students, connect with faculty and staff and network with various business and college partners. Families can learn about emerging careers, district clubs, courses, internships, apprenticeships and college programs that can help put students on the right path for their future.

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION INFORMATION
In addition to the free Showcase on Monday evening, school districts are invited to learn more about the Waukee APEX program and how you can also prepare high school students to be successful beyond the classroom through a professional learning workshop. The professional learning workshop will be hosted the following day on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 8 AM – 2:30 PM at the Waukee Innovation and Learning Center.
- The cost is $50 per person and includes breakfast and lunch.
