Course Description
The foundation of this course is about improving the quality of life through the scientific basis of physical activity, exercise and sport. Students will have the opportunity to learn what it takes to be a personal trainer and related careers. Students will be able to work with business partners to complete projects that many colleges don’t even offer. This course teaches students about in-demand careers that are more exercise-based.
Career Opportunities
Students will be connected to industry partners to explore projects and career opportunities such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, recreational therapy, sports medicine, orthopedics, and chiropractic.
